James is an entrepreneur who started his first business, a programming company, at the age of 18.
His programming company gave opportunity to another entrepreneur venture, War-Toys.com.
This online business was a family owned and operated business.
The business started with inventory in a two car garage and grew to the point in which
a 5,000 sq. ft. warehouse was built to operate the business.
During the time of the business,
James was mentored in many business aspects by his father, John Oravec Jr., who has a MBA.
The business grew and went from retailer status to distributor status.
The family decided to sell the business after running the business for over five successful years.
With business gross revenue reaching over several million, the selling of this
business venture allowed James attend and complete his graduate studies,
in addition to being able to invest in real estate.
One of James hobbies is mathematics and he takes advanced math courses for fun.
James is active in the community, tutoring individuals who need help in math and computer
science courses.
James utilizes his skill set to offer services to his clients, which would not be commonly offered.
He creates a dedicated website for each client and has the ability to create streaming video tours,
submits listings to various listing services,
and create DVDs to help market his client's properties.
